When is the "Schedule of Classes" available on tritonlink?
The quarterly Schedule of Classes is available to view on tritonlink on the Friday of the 5th week of the preceding quarter.

How will I know on what date and time I am eligible to enroll in course?
During the 5th week of the preceding quarter, your next quarter enrollment time may be viewed via tritonlink. Select Enrollment Appointment Times from the "For Student" page. You will need to input your Student ID and PAC (Personal Access Code).

What if I have a HOLD on my academic record?
If your course enrollment or fee payment is restricted by a HOLD, you may come to the Muir Academic Advising Office (HSS 2126) for assistance in obtaining a release of the HOLD.

What if WebReg blocks my enrollment?
All courses in the online Schedule of Classes which have a "D" preceding the course code require Department Approval before enrollment can take place. If you need Department Approval or if the WebReg system blocks your enrollment in a course for which you believe you are eligible, you must contact the department to receive Department Approval.

How many units do I need to enroll in to be considered a full-time student?
Full-time status is 12.0 units or more. Typically most students will take 4 classes or (16.0) units each quarter depending on outside commitments. This allows flexibility to drop a class if needed and still retain full-time status. Please note that if you only take 12.0 units each quarter, usually you will not be able to graduate in 4 years.

How can I add/change/drop a class?
Adds/changes/drops can be made via WebReg on tritonlink. The student will need to use his/her PID (personal identification) number and PAC (personal access code). Adds/changes/drops can also be made in person at the Registrar's Office with an add/change/drop card. Be sure to keep academic deadlines in mind. We strongly recommend that you make a printout of your confirmed transaction on tritonlink.
Please note that not all departments or programs will permit add/change/drop by WebReg. Some departments will require specific approvals and/or department overrides.
